RETURNS/REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with YvYLuce! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note:

  • Items marked final sale, preorder, or custom-made cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed apparel.

To start a return, please email us at yvyluce@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received it.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return is received in used or damaged condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund.
     

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert email address] with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
 

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card provider.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at yvyluce@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.
     

7. Preorder Items

Preorder purchases are made to order and therefore non-refundable once production begins.
If you need to modify your preorder before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist if your item hasn’t yet entered production.
