All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that we do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping
4–5 business days - $10.99
Express Shipping
2–3 business days - $14.99
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your package has been dispatched.
4. Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
If your item is listed as a preorder, please allow additional time for production before shipping. Estimated shipping dates for preorder items will be shown on the product page.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but once it’s handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.

6. Incorrect Addresses
